Bridal Gowns : Blake Chooses Marchesa
As you may have heard by now, Blake Lively married Ryan Reynolds this Sunday in one of my favorite cities ever, Charleston, South Carolina. And, as was announced today, the always-stunning Blake chose the equally always-stunning design house of Marchesa to make her gown. I haven’t seen an image of this gown yet, but I’m sure it’s a confection.
We’ve seen Marchesa gowns grace many a celebrity at red carpet events, so it only makes sense that we’d see a few go down the aisle in them, too. But lest you think Marchesa gowns aren’t for mere mortals like you and me, they actually do have a few gowns that brides who don’t make millions each year might be able to work into their wedding-day budgets.
Here are a few I found, that, thanks to Marchesa’s more attainable line, Notte by Marchesa, as well as some sales at places like www.theoutnet.com, might fit into your bridal gown price range. Some are less than $500!
At any price, don’t you agree that these would make wonderful bridal gowns, and would give any bride-to-be some red-carpet elegance on her big day?TheOutnet.com : Notte by Marchesa Embellished one-shoulder silk gown | Notte by Marchesa Ruffled silk-chiffon gown | Notte by Marchesa Ruffled silk-organza and silk-chiffon gown | Marchesa Ruffled Silk Crepe Gown
