I think one of the nicest gifts you can give a newly-wedded couple, is something handmade and one-of-a kind. I also believe it's important to support the independent artisans and designers who usually are behind these pieces, so I love to go on sites like Etsy to find out what these talented folks are making.
A few weeks ago, while searching for wedding gifts, I came across Wind & Willow Home which has a store on Etsy, and their own site and shop at www.windandwillowhome.com. Araya Jensen, is the designer and artisan behind these wonderful dipped bowls, utensils, pots, candlesticks and serving pieces, and I can't imagine a nicer gift to give for a wedding than something from her line, so I contacted her to see if I could suggest her pieces to my readers.
