Dark Blue Mother of the Bride or Wedding Guest Dress
In keeping with my promise to bring you dresses this month that are appropriate for weddings and for holiday parties, I present this navy blue number that I've selected primarily as a mother-of-the-bride dress. It's the perfect shade and style to wear to a winter formal wedding, and would be appropriate not only for the mother of the bride or groom, but also for a wedding guest of a formal or black tie evening wedding. Wear it again for New Year's, too!
I chose it because of the flattering shape, the subtle sparkle, and I paired it with some understated, but formal satin shoes, navy clutch, and some silver earrings.
