One of my favorite emerging trends in bridesmaid dresses for the 2015 season, are light layers and pretty gowns with flowing fabrics and pretty, figure-flattering details like ruffles, pop-over tops that give a mock crop-top look, and bib fronts and trapeze flounces that fall in loose layers away from the body. These breezy and easy-to-wear styles will have fans in those wanting a fashion-forward look and bridesmaids looking for a silhouette that flatters many. Lines like the new nouvelle AMSALE, Jenny Yoo, and Joanna August collections are showing this sophisticated and airy modern look, and I’m such a fan. Today’s gown is from the new youthful line from Amsale, called nouvelle AMSALE that has contemporary styling and a more moderate price point. This line is available from many bridal boutiques who carry the Amsale line, and are also available online from Nordstrom! I styled it with modern crystal accessories, loosely-tied blooms, a pastel dotted tie, and a spirited invitation that lets guests know your wedding will be a fun-filled event with modern ease.
