Happy Valentine's Day, everyone! It's Day 3 of my collaboration with Burnett's Boards, and to celebrate the holiday we've created a traditional color pairing of red, white, and a little pink, too!

Classic Red Dress

This classic red dress, with the pointed v-neck ruffled neckline already has a Valentine's heart-shaped feel to it. Drawing from the colors on the inspiration board, I imagined this dress for a guest going to a semi-formal winter wedding, or as a special dress to wear on a Valentine's evening date. To keep it from being too serious, I chose a quirky lip bracelet; some bright pumps in pink and red; and a boldly patterned clutch. The timeless style of the dress and the sensible pearl earrings keep the look grounded and traditional.
