Coastal Beach Club Chic Wedding Guest Outfit
Today's look is getting really specific! I styled it for a summer seaside wedding guest, and it's more of an evening look if you ask me. You may remember how I've said in the past that some of these looks just come together? Well, that was not quite the case with this one! I started with that dress because I am attending a winery wedding (and working on a post about it) and this dress was one of my picks for that. I love the vibrant color and flowy style, and if you see the pictures on Rent the Runway, the dress drapes beautifully, and that high leg slit is way more modest and wedding-appropriate than it appears here.
Styling a Blue Dress for a Beach Wedding
Well, the more I tried to make this my look for the winery wedding, the more I kept putting beachy, summery, coastal colors with it. The resulting look would be fabulous for an evening wedding on a beach, a beach formal event, or a semi-formal coastal wedding. I can also see this the perfect thing for anyone attending an island destination wedding.
This gorgeous purple -- nearly cobalt -- gown still works for summer weddings in other settings and also for a winery wedding, too (just put some gold or silver accessories on - maybe even some pink) but that look will be something different, so stay tuned for that!
