I'm officially at the stage of winter where I can't bear to look at any more dark colors for a while. That's why the whole J.Crew Spring and Summer weddings bridesmaid lookbook is my happy place. It is full of beautiful colors that remind me of the case at delicious gelateria, or an array of tropical fruits. These are happy, cheerful colors -- exactly what you want for your bridal party!
One of my favorite shades of this collection is this color - Lavender Dust - a muted pinky-purple lavender. J.Crew is showing it paired with another muted purple shade called Dusty Thistle. They combine and compliment each other wonderfully for a mix and match look.

As far as accessories, I love how brights like coral, pistachio green, and yellow pair with this lavender shade. The invitation by Minted above shows how fun a little contrast can be - just the right balance of orange with a subtle hue like this is a great idea for a modern, bright wedding look. Have your florist create a bouquet like this that will play off of the colors of the dress with a contrast, and give your bridesmaids the coral clutch or coral bracelet, or earrings which have purple, pink, and orange facets to them for a look that is as a soft and bright as a spring day!
